A government employee probably sees more files in his life than the manufacturers themselves. Since our departments haven’t quite embraced the advent of technology and computers as yet, officials have to tediously make do with working on files and its paperwork. Even if your file is finally being worked on after years and years of wait, it only takes a phone call from above to make it disappear!
